AND THE WINNER IS … REVEALED: “A Proper Poetry Pamphlet Competition #04″

I am so pleased to say that we not only have one winner from our fourth ever Proper Poetry Pamphlet Competition, but in fact we have TWO, as I am nothing if not indecisive.
