A Hog Blogs: AND THE WINNER IS – “The Crimson Spine Pocket Book”

Well, I’m pleased to say that this is finally over – you genuinely wouldn’t believe the stress I am under (ahem) – but today is finally the day that I am pleased, and merrily verily chuffed to be able to announce that we will have not one, but two Winners of our First Ever Crimson Spine Pocket Book Competition

If you remember our Shortlisted Poets were:

          1. Sue Barr (Highly Commended)
          2. Robert Paisley
          3. Georgia San Li (Commended)
          4. Sven Kretzschmar
          5. Alison Proom
          6. Annie Cowell (Highly Commended)
          7. Kiriti Sengupta
          8. Lizzie Ballagher
          9. Eileen Carney Hulme
          10. Oz Hardwick

The standard of these was so very high it was scary, and I am genuinely in awe of the poetry people create.

But Winners there must be and the Two Poets who will see their Crimson Spine Pocket Books published in the soonerest are:

OZ HARDWICK

and

EILEEN CARNEY HULME

Very many congratulations to Oz and Eileen, and of course to everybody that made the Long or Shortlists.
