Well, the White Heat of Hedgehog productivity is definitely flaring (ahem) and will continue to do so for the next few months as my epic quest to err, catch-up on all of the books that are long overdue, continues apace.
And in today’s exciting instalment, I am as pleased as a punchy Punch to be able to share with thee the cover for Oz Hardwick’s “My Life as a Time Traveller : a Memoir in 18 Discrete Fragments” which will see the light of day on Bonfire Day this year, but more on that soon.
As for the soundtrack du jour, whilst fettling Mr Hardwick’s wee pamfie, I have had a lovely time listening to a brilliant album from a couple of years ago, from Catherine Anne Davies and Bernard Butler, called ‘In Memory of My Feelings’, which is simply beautiful and well worth a listen if it is new to you.
Mr Butler of course was first known for being, frankly the best live guitarist I have ever seen, with Suede, whilst Catherine Anne Davies is probably better known these days as The Anchoress and is simply put a proper superstar.
Just saying.
