Well, I couldn’t wait to share this cover with you, even if the book it will be wrapping isn’t due to be published until next year (but I’m not known for my patience, let’s be honest.)
The Poetry Conversation between two fine poets, Louise Machen & J. Daniel West, is one that I really can’t believe my luck to be publishing, and the cover design absolutely nails what it is all about.
Speaking of the design, this is all about the photo taken by Louise, a whole story of which is there if you scratch the surface. But no doubt more on that another day, more details will surely follow soonerishly.
I have to admit that I didn’t have to do much for the cover of this as the photography and design work all arrived as a completed thingy, but we have also been fettling the rest of the book, and whilst that was going on I spent my time listening to the wonderful PJ Harvey’s latest album, I Inside the Old Year Dying which I can heartily recommend to all.
