I have to say that life has been complicated here in Hogland, UK for quite a while and whilst I keep telling myself that life will get back to normal, it has gone on this way for so long, maybe normal this is.
Dreams of yet another new reality, how pompous am I?
Anyway, things do keep happening even if it doesn’t look like it most of the time, so I thought a wee blog here and there as I go would both settle minds and perhaps give me a focus, so let’s see.
As a starter then, today sees the rather brilliant Kerry Darbishire’s Stickleback released to the world. You can download it below if you haven’t already:

When I started Hedgehog I remember being so excited that Kerry was going to be in my short-lived magazine, ‘A Restricted View From Under The Hedge’.
She is a brilliant poet and utterly unique, and then another of my favourite poets Margaret Royall did a ‘Poet talking to poet’ interview with Kerry and it was doubly so grand.
You’re doing a fantastic job, Mark, fulfilling so many poets dreams. I hope things get easier for you.
