Sticklebacking
A Micro Collection Pamphlet Competition
Since we launched our Sticklebacks, they have (intentionally) been released somewhat sporadically.
In 2023 we have finally decided to release one every month, both as printed pamphlets and later as Free to download PDFs.
The whole point of the Sticklebacks is to introduce poets to a new audience and whilst we have experienced poets such as Andy Brown, Jeremy Reed, Penelope Shuttle and Martin Malone on our list, we also have many others who used it as a stepping stone toward their first collection.
They also look cool and are a popular thing to sell at your local poetry reading.
The competition then looks for Three Poets who will have our famous Four Pages to fill, and see their work published in one of our Sticklebacks. They will additionally receive 100 copies of their pamphlet.
